77 Best Financial Freedom Quotes For Success

Unfortunately during college and dental school, the term “financial freedom” was NEVER mentioned. It was expected that if you wanted to get into a high-earning profession, taking out loans and going to school for a LONG time was the best route.  🙁

I was first exposed to the internet in 1996 during my senior year in college. Once information became readily available, this new term about freedom became more prevalent.

I didn’t really pay much attention to it until after I’d completed Dave Ramsey’s 7 Baby Steps To Financial Peace seven and a half years after I’d started my practice.

It’s funny. Even though I had achieved Dave’s so-called “Financial Peace“, I didn’t have much peace about my financial situation.

Why?

I was STILL trading time for money.

Even worse was that I was relying on ONE income source (dental income) to provide for my family.

I don’t know about your situation but relying on only ONE thing in life is RISKY.

Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel too “peaceful”.

It took a minor snow skiing accident (wrist injury) to get me focused on building other streams of income besides scratching around teeth.

These extra income streams are what’s going to eventually lead me to financial freedom.

Like anything in life, the journey to obtain this ain’t easy. You’re going to have to put in the work especially when challenges and frustration begin to stand between you and your goals.

It’s during these trying times that having some motivation can help keep you going in the right direction and the good news for you is that there’s plenty of financial freedom quotes that can help.

Before we dive into them, let’s first define exactly what financial freedom means…

What Is Financial Freedom?

According to Investopedia, the definition of financial freedom is having enough money, savings, investments, and cash on hand to afford the lifestyle you want for yourself and your family

It means living a life where money and finances don’t control you.  So if you want to work, you do so on your own terms…NOT because you have to.

You get to the point where your money is working for YOU rather than the other way around.

The first step to achieving this is having the right mindset to help you get there. Here’s 77 financial freedom quotes to keep you motivated.
